Paid Time Off

Cradlepoint recognizes the importance of taking time off from work to take care of personal and family needs, relax, and have fun. 

Flexible Time Off (FTO)

We encourage a healthy balance of work, rest, and play through a generous paid-time off policy for all eligible employees. 

Years of Service: Amount of Time Off:
1-2 15 days (3 weeks)
3-5 20 days (4 weeks)
6+ 20 days (4 weeks) + additional time

Voluntary Time Off (VTO) 

We believe in serving our local communities, and we know you do too. That’s why we give you time off for service to eligible 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations.

1-2 1 day
2+ 2 days

Paid Holidays

Cradlepoint recognizes 9 paid holidays per year. We also allow two floating holidays, which you can take anytime during the year. Our floating holiday policy gives you the freedom to recognize a holiday or date that’s important to you.
