Skip the waiting rooms and travel time to get care when you need it with telemedicine. Cradlepoint offers telemedicine options through both the Aetna and Kaiser plans.

Aetna Members

Virtual care services, through Teladoc, put you in control of when and where you access care. You can speak with a licensed physician, psychologist, or psychiatrist 24/7/365 via phone or computer. Phone consultations and online video visits give you direct access to a licensed medical professional who may be able to:

• Define treatment of common medical conditions, such as colds, flu, bronchitis, allergies, rashes, depression, etc.
• Provide specialist referrals
• Prescribe medication

As an Aetna member you also have access to telemedicine services through Aetna providers under your health plan. Simply log onto your secure Aetna website to review the Aetna telemedicine provider listings.
